Training Course Outcomes

At the end of this Certificate II in Security Operations Training Course Students will gain a Certificate II in Security Operations and a Statement of Attainment for completing the additional units for Crowd Control.

Students will be able to apply to Office of Fair Trading in Queensland to gain a licence for unarmed security guard and crowd controller.
Students may then undertake further studies towards a Certificate III in Security Operations.

Prerequisites

Entry Requirements:
There are no pre-requisites for this qualification.However students need to:
• Students must be over the age of 18.
• have no recorded conviction of a disqualifying offence within the previous 10 years, or an unrecorded finding of guilt of a disqualifying offence in the previous five years
• have basic language,literacy and numeracy skills.
