We offer a complete training and assessment package Front-end Loader course and Ticket OHSCER203A (LL). This Front-end Loader training course is a competency based training program that requires students to be trained to a level suitable to achieve all elements necessary of the Front end Loader assessment.
The Frontend Loader course includes Training, Log Book, Training Plan, Assessment, Manual, (Nationally Recognised) Workplace Health & Safety Ticket and a Statement of Attainment that is a nationally recognised qualification for this machine. The Front End Loader (LL) ticket covers you to operate a front end loader with an engine capacity of more than 2 litres.
The Front End Loader course is competency based and is usually completed within three days to 1 week however this is dependant on each applicant. Some participants may be able to complete this training course before this time frame and some participants may take a little longer, there are no additional fees or discounts on the Front end Loader course & Ticket fees should this occur.
* If you DO NOT already have a Backhoe ticket it is advisabe to do the Front-End Loader and Backhoe course package deal to enable to you to be qualified to operate both ends of the machine (Front and Back) * Be able to read and write basic English (Workplace Health and Safety requirement) * Be a minimum of 18 years of age * Provide two forms of identification * Wear steel-cap safety boots or work boots each day of the course.
MAJOR has a self-paced learning kit for the Front End Loader Training Course which can help students gain theoretical knowledge before commencing training course. The pack includes draft assessment copy and VET machinery manual. If contents of pack are returned in full - $25 will be deducted from course cost. This information is supplied on course commencement however can be purchased earlier to assist students in pre-learning and study. Is a great investment for those whom have learning difficulties.

RPL Applications are available through MAJOR. If you wish to undertake the Front end Loader RPL process at MAJOR a fee will be charged in addition to the assessment cost. Suitable evidence of previous qualifications/licences will be required along with supporting verification such as letters from employers, training package requirements of previous courses and more. All evidence must be collected and deemed suitable in order for RPL application to be successful.
The end date of this training course is flexible. The course is competency based, consisting of a nominal 40 hours training; however the total time is dependant on each applicant. Informal training is now based on set tasks that need to be completed a number of times determined by the trainer assessor and based on demonstrated skills. Some participants may complete courses within or before time frame however some may take longer. There are no additional fees or discounts on fees should this occur.
