About This Training Course

"Managing risk is an essential skill for every organisation. This introductory session arms participants with the skills to build a risk management plan and is essential for staff in management, team leadership, project management and similar roles. The course builds an understanding of risk and risk management, how risks are evaluated and the possible actions that can be taken to deal with risk. Participants will then combine this into a risk management plan.

This course is recommended for staff involved in drafting and implementing risk management plans."
