By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Startnextweek Pty Ltd may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Startnextweek Pty Ltd also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users of the Site.

Cancellations & Refunds
startnextweek endeavours to honour every course sold via its portal www.startnextweek.com.au, however should a training provider:

- cancel a course
- postpone a course
- reschedule the course to an unsuitable time or location

startnextweek will seek an alternate training provider to fulfil the training requirement. Should all efforts to reschedule the training fail, startnextweek will refund all fees within 14 days of the cancellation notification. All of the courses displayed at www.startnextweek.com.au are sold on behalf of third party training providers. With the exception of the course fee and booking fee startnextweek.com.au accepts no responsibility for any incidental costs incurred in relation to the course booked via www.startnextweek.com.au.

Unless otherwise specified, startnextweek's cancellation policy is applicable for every course sold via the site. Our cancellation policy is:

Notice given within 0-5 working days prior to course commencement - No refund of course cost.
Notice given more than 5 working days prior to course commencement - Full refund of course cost less the original booking fee and a cancelation fee. The cancelation fee is the greater of 1.5% of the course cost or $12.50

NOTE: Correspondence courses are deemed to have commenced once the material has been sent and so no refund is available once this point is reached. Notice to cancel a correspondence course must be given prior to the shipping of the material.

Transferring to Another Course
Transfers to another course are possible but not guaranteed. Where a transfer is possible a transfer fee of $12.50 payable to startnextweek, will apply. Where applicable please read the training provider's “Special conditions” upon registering for a course.

Cancellations made after a transfer has been made – No Refund.

Credit Card Fraud
Whilst startnextweek protects your credit card details by using the latest in security technology and by not storing credit card details for its transactions with our customers, startnextweek will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Privacy
It is startnextweek's policy to maintain your privacy when you visit our site. Please read our privacy policy for more information. Any personal details sent to us will be kept confidential. When you send us email, we may use your email address to contact you in future. We may contact you for clarification of a request from you or to answer your query, but we will not sell or pass on your details to third parties, except where they act as agents for us and the information is required to deliver the goods or services you have requested from us.

Responsibility for Your Password & Login
To create a profile with www.startnextweek.com.au, you must provide a password and a login email address. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and login name. You may change your password at any time via your own profile. You may, at any time, remove your profile from www.startnextweek.com.au.
