IIR Executive Development offers a world class range of performance improvement programs to customers in all industry sectors. Our programs are built upon the belief that performance improvements must be specific, relevant, substantive and based upon clear behavioural objectives in order to deliver results.
Attendance on our courses is strictly limited to ensure intensive training and one-to-one tuition from our expert instructors who are carefully selected for their current practical experience, leading edge knowledge and proven training and teaching skills.
The success of our programs is based upon the unique integration of the following critical learning factors to ensure effective skill acquisition and successful application in your own environment.
1. Knowledgeable and highly trained course directors
All our course directors boast an unbeatable combination of practical experience together with leadership expertise. They are skilled practitioners, who have themselves confronted and resolved many of the problems you face daily. They possess the ability to adapt to the needs of the group to ensure your individual queries and problems are addressed.
2. Research-led course design
All courses address a specific need which has been identified through research with people in industry, like yourself, and will give you valuable knowledge and practical skills which can be immediately applied within your company.
3. Stimulating course delivery
Our expert course directors use a variety of learning styles and experience including lectures, group work, discussions, case studies and self-evaluation tests.
Depending on the nature of the course, they will also exploit key learning approaches such as action-based learning, transactional analysis and neurolinguistic programming where appropriate.
Each course aims to provide you with an ideal balance between knowledge acquisition and the opportunity to discuss and test new ideas with your peers.
4. Individual personal development and action plans
At the beginning of each course you will be encouraged to identify your own personal objectives and your course director will establish what you would like to achieve during the program. To help you consolidate skills learning and implement changes you will have the option to formalise and prioritise your commitments in a personal action plan which you will undertake on your return to the workplace.
5. Limited Numbers
Public courses have limited participants so that you have ample opportunity for interactivity and individual attention from course directors during the course and can confidentially test your newfound knowledge in a controlled environment.
6. Comprehensive Documentation
The documentation is provided to enable participants to take away their own personal portfolio as a continuing source of reference for them and their colleagues.
On successful completion of one of our courses, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. This can be added to the participants' permanent records of continuing professional development.
8. Our Quality Guarantee
If the quality of our courses fail to meet the quality standards we have in place, we will happily offer you a complimentary place on another course of equal value. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will offer you a full refund.
9. Quality control and continuous evaluation
Our extremely high delegate satisfaction rating is achieved as a result of a combination of:
• Thorough and continual market research, which enables us to continually improve and update the course content
• Regular written and verbal evaluation from delegates to ensure the highest quality control standards are maintained
• Face to face discussion between delegates and IIR Executive Development representatives at courses to establish if we are meeting the market needs
• Regular discussions with course directors to learn of new ideas and specific feedback
• General phone discussions and feedback from training managers, participants, and their managers
