Ross reviews your feedback and takes action on any queries or suggestions you have to help us improve our courses. He will be your contact if you have any queries about our online courses or get stuck with a question in a course, he can also help with queries regarding business development, marketing and finance.
Ross has worked in, managed and owned many licensed bars and hotels in both Australia and the UK. An Aussie who moved to London and became the Managing Director for Redback Taverns Ltd, Ross has had vast experience in the hospitality and backpacker industries in the UK and Australia.
Ross consults with many large food and beverage businesses, assisting them to maximise their business profits and ensure that their staff are trained to comply with Australian state laws.

Deb Harris
Deborah Harris - Trainer & Sales
Deb has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in managerial positions in companies such as Spotless Catering and was General Manager of Nomads World and Nomads Travel for nine years. Deb looks after QHI's sales and marketing in Queensland and our classroom based training in the sunshine state.

Yasemin Ziada – Trainer & Writer
Yasemin is our classroom RSA & Food Safety trainer and is also a consultant and course writer for the company. Yas has over 15 years of managerial and training experience in the hospitality and health industries.

Bryony Dade – Compliance and Project Manager
Bryony has had 15 years hospitality experience at all levels from waitress to General Manager of a four and a half star accommodation, restaurant and reception venue and has worked in managerial positions within the VET Sector for a period of approximately 15 years including three years as CEO of Hospitality Training Victoria, the education division of the Restaurant and Catering Association of Victoria. Bryony brings a range of administrative, managerial and creative skills to Quality Hospitality International.
Bryony has written our RSG courses and conducts regular reviews of our online and classroom based programs.
